I am Irene Valente, a Veterinary doctor who graduated in 2017 from the University of Bologna, Italy. My passion for emergency medicine and intensive care began even before graduating, when in 2014 I started to be an internal student at the equine neonatal intensive care unit. I also worked as head of this department in Sweden in 2018, PS Flyinge and Partners. Since then I decided to move on to small animals, loving them so much because they are part of ours family. I obtained a specialist degree in 2023 from the University of Teramo in reproductive physiopathology. I followed various courses in internal medicine and diagnostics which have also become fundamental for me in emergency medicine. I am a very empathetic and detail-oriented person, with a great love for animals. From november 2023 I started to work for Evidensia Hospital, that align perfectly with my way of work, taking care carefully and with high quality method to ours animals.
