Waarom moet ik eerst een vragenlijst invullen?
Vanwege de complexe aard van gedragsproblemen en de vereiste betrokkenheid en inzet van de eigenaar bij de therapie kosten consulten gedragsgeneeskunde veel tijd. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat wij tot in detail over de juiste informatie beschikt. Om u zo goed mogelijk van dienst te kunnen zijn, vragen wij u daarom om – alvorens een afspraak voor een consult te maken – éérst de vragenlijst in te vullen. Dit scheelt veel tijd in het consult zelf, wat onnodige kosten voor u voorkomt.
English speaking clients
The specialist is a native English speaker and most staff members speak good English. Thus although you may communicate with us in English and we will do our best to speak English to you, please be aware that all written documentation including your report and all information sheets etc. - will be in Dutch. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have understood all information supplied on the website or otherwise given to you by our animal hospital, even if in Dutch. Your animal must be a patient from a veterinarian who practices in the Netherlands. You must provide us with a referral letter and a patient file from a veterinarian who practices in the Netherlands.
